What is the minimum period?
The agreement is for a minimum of 6 months. However, subject to negotiation, shorter periods can be arranged.
What if I am under 21?
If under 21, you will usually need someone to stand as Guarantor.
What about insurance?
When you move in you will be given a full inventory of furniture and other items - it is your responsibility to ensure that when you leave they are undamaged. Insurance of own belongings is, of course, a personal matter.
What about a deposit?
Depending upon the result of the credit rating check, a deposit may be required. Any queries, please give us a call. At the house share we reserve the right to decline an application and not disclose the reasons for doing so.
What if I introduce someone to the house share
If you introduce someone who joins the house share you will receive a £75 introduction fee when we receive the first month’s rent. To get this introduction fee you must give the house share his or her details prior to the tenant contacting us.
What next?
Call 07899 891676 or 01625 575280 to arrange a viewing. When ready, complete the Application Form and send to the house share. When the checks have been completed, the Tenancy Agreement & Standing Order signed and the first months rent has been received, you will be given the keys. It’s that simple.
